IMPORTANT: PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS CAR PARK DOES NOT GUARANTEE A PARKING SPACE. *In the case of refunds for double payments, only the amount of your booking will be refunded. Please follow the instructions below. 1. AT THE PARKING ENTRANCE: Go to the barrier, the reader will read your number plate and issue a ticket with your booking details and a QR code. Keep this ticket until the end of your stay. You will need it to enter and exit the car park. 2. If the number plate is not recognised correctly, bring the QR code on your Parclick booking to the code reader at the barrier and it will issue your booking ticket to allow you to enter and exit the car park. 3. If the QR code does not work either, you must contact the service operator via the button on all ticket dispensers, if there is no one there, the call goes directly to the control centre (24/7) where your booking will be validated. IF YOUR PASS ALLOWS MULTIPLE ENTRANCES AND EXITS: follow the same process as above. ON EXIT: Go to the exit and bring the QR code on your reservation ticket. The barrier will open. If your time has been exceeded you will have to go to the cashier and scan the code to validate it and pay the excess at the regular fare.

Ha sido una muy mala experiencia. Pague la reserva, pero luego no me dejó salir y tuve que pagar el doble luego. No leía ni la matrícula ni el QR. Un desastre

Tanto en el acceso de entrada como en el de salida, la barrera no reconoció mi reserva y en ambos casos tuve que llamar por el interfono y resolver la incidencia con el personal. Seguí las instrucciones detalladas en el email pero no funcionó.
