The 6th arrondissement of Paris is divided into the four districts of Monnaie, Odéon, Notre-Dame-des-Champs and Saint-Germain-des-Prés. The area is located on the left bank and is connected to the right bank by the Carrousel Bridge and the Pont des Arts. It is also connected to the Ile de la Cité by the Pont Neuf and the Pont Saint-Michel. The Luxembourg Garden (Le jardin du Luxembourg) is one of the largest parks in Paris and is located in the heart of this area. Around this location you will also find the French Senate which is located in the grand Luxembourg Palace, and also the Luxembourg Museum and the Museum of Mineralogy. This area is also home to several universities including the University Panthéon-Assas Paris II and the University Paris Descartes.

 

You can also park near the Notre-Dame-des-Champs Church, the Saint-Sulpice Church and the Place de l'Odéon. Just north of the Boulevard Saint-Germain, which crosses the 6th arrondissement of Paris from east to west, you will also find the beautiful church of Saint-Germain-des-Prés.
