Parking in Conciergerie

With its Gothic styling, the Conciergerie is the oldest remaining part of the Palais de la Cité, the first royal palace in the French capital. In the 15th century, the ground floor of the palace was converted into a prison and the upper floor reserved for the Parliament. During the French Revolution, the Conciergerie was seen as a sort of death row and very few people walked out free. You can still visit the dungeons, including that of Queen Marie-Antoinette.
